THESE THREE PHOTOS SHOW THE WOOD RETAINING WALL UP CLOSE
ON NOVEMBER 16 THE WESTBOUND HIGH PLATFORM AT UNION HALL STREET WAS REMOVED AND WAS REPLACED BY A LOW PLATFORM EXTENDING FROM NEW YORK AVENUE TO PUNTINE STREET.
