TWO LETTERS CANCELED ON MONTAUK TRAINS




1928 VIEW OF NEW STATION WHICH WAS PERPENDICULAR TO TRACKS


DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR THE U.S.GOVERNMENT TOOK OVER THE
NORTHERN PART OF THE RAILROAD'S PROPERTY INCLUDING THE STATION
BUILDING.   A SIMILAR STATION WAS ERECTED SOUTH OF THE 1927 BUILDING.
